We invite you to experience our 3-bedroom beachfront penthouse. The best view of the mountains and the ocean in all of Puerto Rico! This resort-class facility includes five swimming pools, a water park, several playgrounds, a clubhouse, mini golf and more. A hidden gem. Only 25 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, and with easy access to shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as the El Yunque National Rain Forest.

A truly beachfront penthouse at Aquatika Beach Resort! Two-story glass windows in the main living area allow you a full view of the beach. There is nothing between you, the sand, and the water!
You will love waking up to a quiet cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean and the rainforest, plunging into one of the many pools, or simply enjoying the sun and breeze at the beach. Our beautiful beachfront spacious vacation condo has 2,135 SF of outdoor and indoor space and features 3 bedrooms and 2- and one-half bathrooms.

Enjoy a bottle of wine and some "tapas" on our rooftop terrace. With 700 square feet of space, you can enjoy both mountain and beach views. An outdoor space that allows you to unwind after a long day at the beach, hiking nearby El Yunque National Rainforest, or lounging at one of our five pools.

As owners, we pride ourselves in providing a home environment for our guests. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal (except for food items) in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors with fabulous views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has another queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second-floor loft has a convertible sofa bed. The condo has internet access (WI-FI). There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse that is just a few steps from the condo. There is a TV in the loft area equipped with "Chromecast" to allow you to stream online channels from your computer or mobile device. We have toys for the kids, including mini golf clubs and most of the beach accessories (based on availability) you will need for a beach trip. Air Conditioning is available throughout the whole condo along with ceiling fans. But please be mindful of Puerto Rico's fragile energy grid and high energy costs.

The community has a very high standard of security. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse prior to entry. There are 3 assigned parking spaces for registered guests - so, you'll always find your own parking space just outside the condo. Guests have access to all resort amenities in the condo complex, including five pools, hot tub, kids’ pool, water slides and even a "lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, several modern playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access. All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while at the property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex, without refund.

Prior to arrival, guests receive a digital guidebook with valuable information, ranging from transportation and restaurants to house rules and check-in instructions.

The home offers one of the most convenient locations for exploring the best of Puerto Rico. It is within short drive to:
- El Yunque National Rainforest
- Old San Juan (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
- Canovanas Outlet Mall
- Fajardo's Bio-luminescent Bay.
- Luquillo Beach and famous 'Kioskos' (traditional food)
- Punta Tuna Lighthouse and Ruta Panoramica
- Deep Sea Fishing - charters from Fajardo or San Juan Marinas
- Golf - Trump International, El Conquistador and Rio Mar 15-20 minutes away.
- Casinos and Nightlife

A car is absolutely a must. Although transportation services (taxis, UBER, etc.) are available, utilizing transportation services may prove extremely costly in comparison with renting a car. Nonetheless, if you choose not to rent a car, there is a flat-rate fare from the San Juan International Airport to Loiza. This fee varies between $60-80. There can also be small surcharges for extra luggage or nighttime service, tolls, etc. Tipping is at your discretion, but normally about 10%. Alternate transportation services could be arranged in advance.

There is absolutely no smoking!! A $250 fee will be assessed to cover additional smoke/cigarette smell removal expenses. If found smoking anywhere in the unit, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund/recourse.

Major cellphones providers from the US work just fine in Puerto Rico. Some small phone companies, older Verizon contracts, and some 'pre-paid' contracts are subject to roaming – so, it's best to check with your cellphone provider.

Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please be mindful that babies, even newborns, count toward that limit. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors into the community. There are no exceptions.

If management or security personnel asks you to vacate the property for not following any of the rules, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund/recourse.

Finally, we strongly suggest travel insurance. Aside from the events and catastrophes thrown at us by life, please consider that Puerto Rico is an island. As such, it is subjected to hurricanes and other incidents that may disrupt your travel plans. No refunds or cancellations will be issued outside of your booking platform’s policies. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for causes outside our control.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $90.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Sixty percent (60.00%) of the total booking charges (less $90.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
