Cozy and modern one-bedroom suite in a prime location, just steps near Isla Verde and El Alambique Beaches. Walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and many other establishments. This apartment is ideal for up to four people looking for a comfortable and centric place to stay in Isla Verde. The space counts with a full in-suite bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. Parking (unassigned) is available within the condominium. You can't ask for any better location. Easily accessible to Old San Juan, Condado, Centro de Convenciones (Distrito T-Mobile), casinos and nightlife. A car is nice, but not necessary. You can walk to most places and taxis and rideshare are quickly accessible.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $90.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
